Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by to check out daily om! The purpose of this blog is really to just talk about all things wellness. Whether it is an anti-inflammatory turmeric drink, (coming soon!) asana talk, or recommended reads; I hope you all enjoy! First let me introduce myself, my name is Rachel Mareb; my whole life has been a long road for the search of “Wellness.” Don’t we all just want to feel good? Of course! Unfortunately easier said then done. Especially with the advanced world we live in today, we are constantly look for instant gratification. When this comes to taking care of ourselves, why would it be any different? We want to feel good and we want to feel good now! I am guilty of this myself; however once I started seeing and feeling the results of consistent holistic practices and routines, my life vastly changed. I became more capable of dealing with rough patches of life, and more able to savor the good parts. I look forward to getting to know you all better, and hopefully the knowledge I can give is helpful in some way.
